75 new homes have just begun construction on the land near Maharishi Garden Village, Rendlesham.
Garden Village is surrounded by the 3,700 acres of Rendlesham forest, 20 minutes drive from the sea.
The existing village of 63 Vastu Homes includes a 20,000sq ft residential Peace Palace/Educational and International Conference and Healthcare Centre.

240 units with ayurvedic spa
Right near the Baltic Coast of Northern Germany, the 240-unit "Natural Living in Ahrensbok" community masterplanned project is planned to include single, mutli-family and apartment housing from affordable to luxury. The project will also have an Ayurvedic Spa and Wellness Center.

Global Peace Village
Phase 1-A completed
The Global Peace Village is a masterplanned community project on and adjacent to the MIU campus in Fairfield. Six units have been completed in Phase 1-A, with 239 remaining to replace Utopia Park on campus.
This project has so far been entirely funded by donors of the University.

150 acre masterplanned community
Masterplanning underway
A new Vastu peace colony is in the works in Central Ohio, which includes 75 units of senior housing designed according to Vastu principles, additional homes, eight communal buildings, and recreational amenities.
The site, which is owned by the community, boasts expansive fields, dense forests, and potential for picturesque ponds, catering specifically to an affinity group who now reside in Ohio, a community valuing Vedic technologies.

Modern Apartments

This project contains 12 apartments in total. This is the first case of building a complex of Vastu houses in Poland. The walls are designed to be prefabricated through the STEICO or CLT system, for quick assembly.
The architectural and plans for the first 4 buildings has been completed and are waiting for the office's approval.
